Bosnia Herzegovina's traditional offerings have begun to trickle back into the shops and bazaars. Among them are wood carvings, brass dzezvas, ceramics, woolens, wines, art, tapestries, embroidery, leather boxes, filigree jewelry, handmade carpets and other locally made items. Bosnia has historically had a thriving folk-art industry. Additions to traditional wares are flowerpots made of spent mortar shells engraved with the names of battles.
